Comprehension of the Teacher's Leader Position as the Condition of Development of His Professional-pedagogical Competences

Abstract: In this article we deal with the problem of the teacher's professional formation The problem is directly connected with the awareness and mastering of the leader position. We disclose the main lines of development of the person's leader potential and phases of evolution of the future teacher-leader.
