Motivation of Students to Professional Self-education

Abstract: One of the reasons for the decline of vocational education is the low motivation of students to self-educational activities. As an effective motive of self-education advocates professional ideal, it follows that the formation of professional ideals of the students is one of the most important tasks of higher education, whose decision is aimed at increasing the level of training.
