Abstract: The article presents results of the research devoted to the comparative analysis of systems of musical education in preschool educational institutions of Russia and China, topicality of the research is proved, methods of the conducted research are given, similarities and differences of methods of musical education of preschool age children used in kindergartens of Russia and China are revealed.
