Abstract: The problem of the humanistic approach to training modern teachers is discussed in order to acquaint specialists with theoretical and methodological aspects of the problem. As a general theoretical framework serves German philosophy of education of the XX century, in particular, M. Buber`s the philosophy of dialogue, О. F. Bollnow`s existentialism, H.-G. Gadamer`s philosophical hermeneutics and H. Nohl`s pedagogical anthropology.
