Managerial Support of the Development of Teaching Staff as the Subject of Educational Competence Model Realization

Abstract: The role and ways of managerial support to teaching staff as the subject of educational competence model realization are discussed. Means of developing readiness to realization of State Educational Standards of the new generation are singled out. They include creation of educational environment of high degree of unity of all the subjects of educational process.
