Abstract: The importance of the personnel recruitment in a company's work is touched upon. Peculiarities of the business game teaching method and the advantages of its realization in the process of teaching the basics of personnel recruitment are specified. The article describes the possibilities of applying modern computer technologies for purposes of the business game teaching method realization under the conditions of geographical distance between participants.
