Lingual Cognitive Competence as a Functional Component in Developing Reading Skills

Abstract: The main idea of effective education today is to prepare specialists competent in various spheres of professional activities. The developing of lingual cognitive competence in reading for occupational purposes will help students studying in technical higher educational establishments to become competent enough in their future work.
