Abstract: The article deals with different variants of teaching mathematics in the groups with natural sciences core components in order to develop creative abilities of pupils. The main trends of theoretical studies and experimental works on development of creative abilities of pupils in the lessons of mathematics are singled out. Pedagogical conditions of activation of pupils’ creative activity in the lessons of mathematics by means of joint creative activity of pupils and teachers in solving mathematical tasks are justified. Educational methodical set of problem oriented situations of natural science character and their mathematical models is given.
