Conditions of Development of the Psychological-Pedagogical Competence of a Teacher of Medical High School

Abstract: In the article conditions of realization of competence approach in a Medical High School are analyzed. Ways of realization of competence the approach in practice, with regard to general problems of modernization of Russian education are offered. Changes of requirements to the teacher of high school which are connected with many factors, such as advancement of information and innovative technologies in educational process of the higher vocational training are considered. These changes demand from the faculty not only creative methodical activity, but also essentially other level of psychology-pedagogical competence for creation of scientifically-methodical products of new generation.
