Areas of Application of International Cooperation in Education Quality Improvement

Abstract: Extension of intercultural interaction due to changes in socio-cultural context of education and increase of requirements to the quality of education is an objective necessity of modernization of education. The article describes the experience of Ural State Pedagogical University in implementing international programs; it also defines goals that give an impulse to the development of a new educational paradigm.
