Personality Oriented Concept of Happiness: New Systematic Paradigm

Abstract: Personality oriented concept of happiness (POCH), worked out by the author of the article is described; the concept is characterized by systemic nature, it produces eudemonic and hedonistic approaches in the research of happiness, the first being dominant. Integrative character of POCH is shown, contrasted to the theories of the beginning and middle of the XXth century, as well as contemporary foreign eudemonic models. Practical methods are worked out, which make it possible to study the intensity and interactions of the components of the model, and intensify eudemonic orientation of a person.
