Competence Approach in the Work of Piano Teacher as a Means of Improving Quality of Training of Specialists of Socio-Cultural Sphere without Special Musical Training in Higher Schools of Arts and Culture (Theoretical Methodological Analysis)

Abstract: Problems of modernization are discussed, of both higher vocational education and sociocultural education in higher schools of arts and culture on the basis of innovation theory and practice. On the basis of methodological analysis of the process of improvement of higher education quality, the meaning of professional competence of piano teacher is specified, which improves education quality of future socio-cultural specialists learning to play the piano without any basic musical training.
