Abstract: This a review of the scientific works devoted to the problems of pedagogical discourse studies, including the monograph by M.Yu. Oleshkov “Pedagogical Discourse” (Nizhny Tagil, 2012). Special attention is paid to the problems of pedagogical metaphorology as a part of pedagogical discourse studies.
