The Phenomenon of Double Exclussiveness of Children as an Important Problem of Pedagogical Psychology

Abstract: The paper studies the problem of combination of giftedness with behavioral and health problems, namely, with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity of children. Various approaches to the study of talent in the history have been analyzed, as a result a lost link was featured: problems of gifted children. The system of work with gifted children in Russia has been described and priority issues according to the working concept of giftedness have been identified.
