Development of Cultural Competence of Primary School Students in the Process of Teaching Russian Language

Abstract: The problem of cultural aspect of the Russian language in primary education is considered. The model of cultural competence formation of students in the course of training native language in the primary school on the basis of phraseology and out-of-date vocabulary is described.
