Pedagogical Grounds of Physical Exercise Optimization for Professional Footballers in the Process of Their Acclimatization in a Training Camp

Abstract: In training camps, especially when climate is significantly different from that of the athlete is used to, athletes experience significant physiological stress, which may be the cause of exclusion and negative impact on health and the results of athletes. Ordinary people the body adapts to a sudden climate change. Changes of physiological mechanisms are adaptive in nature and contribute to the development of self-control processes. However, the athletes, whose body is constantly under extreme stress, tend to risk of a breach of normal processes of adaptation and physiological responses can be prepathological and pathological manifesting the beginning of a disease. In this connection, it is necessary to give pedagogical justification to optimization of exercises for professional footballers in the process of acclimatization in a training camp.
