Psychological and Pedagogical Technology of Conflicts Prophylaxy Among Football Players in the Course of Their Adaptation to Educational and Training Activities in the Countries with Climate Different from That of the Native Country

Abstract: Adaptation of players to the training process during periodical training in sport camps depends on the organization of the training process, in which it is important to take into consideration not only physiological, but also psychological state of the athlete. Organization of the process of adaptation to unusual climatic conditions makes a coach overcome many obstacles, among which one of the most important is the psychological state of the athlete, which determines his performance. Prevention of conflict between players is important in the process of adaptation of athletes to training in the regions with climate different from the usual. Interpersonal conflicts between team players, which often arise in training camps, are the result of physiological maladaptation of the athlete, which manifests itself in psychological stress.
