Abstract: The article contains the analyses of synergetics as a methodological approach in education and a mechanism of the optimal management in educational process. The author suggests that it is necessary to regard the factors that influence the educational manager’s decision making process using the synergetic approach. Another suggestion is that the above mentioned factors are to be identified as fluctuations in bifurcation points which take place in professional activities.
