Abstract: In the practice of the post-crisis period, the economies of most countries show that the way out of the crisis is usually found by intensifying investments in innovation base system update production. Only then drop to the economic crisis may be offset by post-crisis economic growth. The article deals with fundamental aspects of the innovation dynamics of the Russian economy.
