Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of problems of continuous education. The continuity acts as the prerequisite of development of sociocultural competence of the young specialist. The professional culture, its pedagogical aspect from the point of view of sociocultural approach of socialization of the personality in activity of the young specialist is considered.
