Modern Russian Pedagogical Metaphorology

Abstract: The article presents a review of the works of Russian authors written in the field of metaphorical modeling of the educational process in scientific research in education. The paper describes the basic metaphorical models, characterizes the typical pedagogical metaphor sources and targets, and deals with the functions and origin of pedagogical metaphorization.
