Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of modernization of education. It analyzes the changes in the current law on education in the Russian Federation and reviews the innovations in education management, and namely the introduction of the independent system of education quality assessment. The article also presents the normative regulations for an independent examination to be carried out in Altai Academy of Economics and Law.
