Educational Scientific Text as a Means of Formation of Informational Skills of Junior Pupils

Abstract: On the basis of the textbooks in Russian for primary school by V. P. Kanakina and V.G. Goretsky the possibility of formation of informational skills of junior pupils in the process of comprehension of different types of educational and scientific texts found in the textbook is discussed. Methodological apparatus of the textbooks is analyzed, the possibilities of formation of informational skills in the course of insight into new linguistic phenomena are revealed.
