Model of Implementation of All-Russian Sports Complex GTO in Higher Educational Establishment in Sverdlovsk Oblast: Introduction of Encouragement

Abstract: To make the nation healthier, to create the necessary possibilities for physical training of people to work and defend the motherland, the government refer to the experience of the Soviet Union and restore all-Russian sports complex GTO (ready to work and defence). In the nearest future the complex will be an important stage in the system of physical education development, it will help bring sport in peoples' lives. In higher educational establishment there is a system of encouragement for those students who passed the norms of GTO (ready to work and defence).
