Types of Management of Informal Education in Children's Recreation and Health Promotion Organizations

Abstract: The article describes the process of management of children’s summer recreation camp: not only is the director of the camp, but all the educators regarded as managers of children’s groups. For better understanding of the process of informal education, the author of the article turns to literary examples. This allows the author to identify the types of informal education: spontaneous, directed and designed. Each type of education can be realized in children's recreation and health promotion organizations by means of appropriate management.
