On the Formation of Professional ICT-competencies of Students of Pedagogical Specialities

Abstract: Based on the analysis of changes of the modern state standards the authors consider the problem of constructing a technique of formation of professional competence and labor activities of students of pedagogical specialties. In the framework of establishing the relationship between the main components of the methodology (objectives, principles, approaches, educational and professional activities, forms of organization of learning, methods and teaching aids, result) the article examines the impact of the information educational environment on the design of the components of methodology and represents one of the possible approaches to the design of types of learning and cognitive activity of students of pedagogical universities, implemented to form professional competences and labor actions. The hypothesis is provided of the interaction of the principles of construction of the information educational environment of higher school and the described component of methodology. To confirm the hypothesis, among all groups of principles of construction of the information educational environment, a group of pedagogical principles (based on the characteristics that define "modern" educational paradigm) is singled out, which is illustrated by the ideology of designing kinds of educational and informative activities. The formulated ideas, as well as conclusions on the relationship between the discussed components may be applied to the other components, in particular, the teaching methods and forms of organization.
