Abstract: Analyzing the problem of diagnostics and measurement of management skills of pedagogues, the authors note that the traditional technology of diagnostics and assessment is bulky, multistage, time-consuming and not always ecologically valid. To crown it all, many issues of reliability, such as a propensity for deviant and asocial behavior, addictive forms of behavior, criminal behavior with different motivation and prediction of this motivation still remain outside the scope of diagnostics. Not less important are the tasks of revealing persons with a parasitic type of behavior and working for the benefit of a third party. The problems of corruption and readiness for corrupt behavior, as well as the issues of additive forms of behavior and brain and managerial staff leak are also urgent. To address the abovementioned issues, the authors present a brief guide to their new psychometric test — «BUK-MIF V.7.2» — worked out in the course of specialized research, and based on the principle of a integral-modular scheme. Each of the eight system modules is capable to solve independent diagnostic problems which are presented and explained in the guide one after another. Combination of these modules by means of integrating mathematical modeling has lead to the creation of a principally new psychodiagnostic system. The article describes the system’s capacity, provides information about its validity and reliability, practice-oriented principles of design, and principles of data procession and results output. It outlines the order of research activities undertaken by the authors that reflects the stages of creation of the new psychodiagnostic system. The article is concluded with a brief illustration of a part of the final system operation protocol.
