Abstract: The article considers approaches to structuring the system of elements of a healthy lifestyle and the main components of its semantic construct. The need for restoration, development and implementation of the All-Russian sports complex «Ready for Labor and Defense» standards among the population of Russia is argued to maintain and preserve the health of children, adolescents and young adults. The conceptual category «meaningful construct» is described. There are the following signs of meaningful construct of healthy lifestyle: a set of components of healthy lifestyle, the principles of the system approach, educational resource of personal meanings of life healthy. The potential has been defined that makes it possible to transform knowledge on healthy lifestyle issues into personal meanings through the implementation of the All-Russia Physical Education and Sports Complex «Ready for Labor and Defense». The article substantiates its application in the system of education among the young generation for the formation of conscious attitude towards their health and literacy training in basic aspects of health-behavior. The main approaches to the notion of «meaningful», available in pedagogical axiology, are singled out. It is justified that the successful delivery of the standards allows the participants not only to increase the level of the corresponding physical preparedness, but also contributes to their own health issues. It is concluded that the Ready for Labour and Defense complex is a system of elements that has resources to transform knowledge on a healthy lifestyle in the personal senses of learners when creating certain organizational and pedagogical conditions.
