Specificity of Improving the Future Economists’ Professional Training by Means of a Foreign Language

Abstract: The theoretical aspects of the specificity of future economists’ professional training are considered. The contradiction between the need of modern society for highly qualified specialists and the insufficient elaboration of the mechanisms for the professional training of future economists for working in the international economic space has been revealed. The urgency of the problem of improving the professional training of specialists, the revealed contradiction and the objective need of practice in the development of a program for improving their professional training determined the choice of the topic of the study "Specificity of improving the future economists’ professional training by means of a foreign language." The necessity and expediency of its improvement by means of a foreign language is substantiated, since it is one of the urgent scientific, theoretical and applied problems of pedagogy. The specificity of improving the future economists’ professional training are revealed. The purposes of their professional training are considered. The reasons influencing the level of quality of students’ professional training are determined. The terms motive and motivation are revealed. The terms of formation and development of motivation as an interrelated processes are considered. The orientation basis of professional activity of economists is described. The specifics of specialists of the economic department and their personality are indicated. The influence of a foreign language on the development of their professional skills is revealed. Its role in the development of personality is defined. The characteristics of the content of vocational training of university
students are presented. The results of the conducted experiment on the evaluation of the success of students’ professional training and the level of development of their professional skills are given. The possibilities of constructing individual paths for students’ when teaching them a foreign language are analyzed. The types of paths that can be used in the process of professional training of future economists in the foreign language communication with foreign partners by means of a foreign language are given.
