Abstract: The conditions and perspective of research program of the Russian language teaching in Chanchun University in PRC are viewed in three aspects: the history of the problem, the ways of the new research programs formation, the perspective of Russian language teaching, some disadvantages and the ways of their elemination.
Key words: Innovative qualities of research programs of the Russian language teaching; skills improvement; post doctorate training; testing according to the Russian state standards; state grants as important factor of qualification of the university research work.
