Abstract: Training and practical application of positive leadership have left the trace in a life of all school representatives and have helped the further development of their life and professional realization. The main idea of the government school is meeting the basic needs of young people and protect the common interests of students, teachers and parents, or the interests of society as a whole. In the current school civic education is directed towards the formation of knowledge and personal skills for active interaction of students with the social environment, participation in democratic processes, creating a culture of behavior and relationships, respect for civil rights and responsibilities. The results showed that the use of positive leadership in school and work environment leads to increased motivation for work and personal success and to creating new leaders and leadership groups.
