Features Motivation Innovation of Innovative Activity of Teachers of the Higher School

Abstract: Psychological problems of higher school are examined in the article. Concepts «innovation» and «innovation activity» are also given. Psychological bases of professional activity of higher school instructor are examined, purposes and motives of the professional activity of higher school teacher are characterised. The special features of motivation of professional activity and personality of the higher school instructor are described at the empirical level.
