The Results of Research of Development of Organization Culture in Establishments for Additional Education

Abstract: In the article the results of theoretical analysis and experimental research of organizational culture development in institutions of sideline education for children are presented. The author’s understanding of organizational culture as social-pedagogical phenomenon is given. The contents of ascertaining and forming stages of the experiment is revealed, the psychological-pedagogical conditions of effective developing of organizational culture in institutions of sideline education for children are formulated.
