Abstract: The work is dedicated to the main approaches to the creation of system of students self-development. A model of educational environment is offered where the structural components are described and personality formation stages are determined. The purpose of developmental educational environment is defined in the article. It is to upgrade the student’s creative stage of self-development as successfully as possible.
