Abstract: The article provides an overview of federal and regional projects aimed at the introduction of remote technology in the learning process in secondary schools. Components of the tutor-teacher activity are considered, the goals, objectives are outlined, main sections of a special course which provides teacher training to the use of distance learning technology, digital learning resources and methods of their application.
