Unified State Examination as the Factor of the Admission Procedure Corruption in the Russian Higher School

Abstract: We consider a mass transition to unified state examination and absolutization its results, which led to increased number of negative trends in modern Russian education. The result is transition of corruption from universities to schools, overstatement score and falsification of results.
