Competitive Ability as a Pedagogical Category

Abstract: The problem connected with the notion «competitiveness» is presented, which is considered to be a correspondence of higher school graduates to the requirements of the market. It determines their position which allows them to apply for a job. Professionally important and socially meaningful qualities of future specialists are identified.
