Self-Realization as a Constituent Factor of Integrated Professional Training of Specialists

Abstract: One of the key innovative principles of development of professional education, i. e. principle of integration is dwelt upon; integrative qualities of a personality necessary to build a successful career and self-realization for a young specialist are singled out; integrative trends in professional training of specialists in the social sphere are stated.
