Education as a Means of Self-Realization of a Person in the Process of Globalization

Abstract: An attempt to describe the main features of contemporary social reality is undertaken which helps to reveal the demands it has to self-realization of a person in the educational system. Methodological culture of a person and its cognitive mobility, communicative and legal competence, making a choice and self-projecting are considered to be the key competences of the XXI century education.
