Abstract: A research into legal consciousness of infancy is presented. The problem is analyzed on the theoretical basis of activities’ requirements in contacts, positive character of activities as the basis of legal consciousness formation in infancy. Aspects connected with analyzing legal consciousness and values are considered. Legal notions as a reflection of the level of child’s evolution are analyzed.
