Abstract: Appealing to the process of meaning-formation actualizes the problem of notional determination of development of identity of every person and the problem of transformation of teacher’s meaning into student’s one in educational processes. The author proves co-existentional (above-individual) nature of notions and notion-formation and offer necessary stage of dynamics of notions and steps in pedagogical interaction.
