Abstract: The paper updated the problem of forming interpersonal tolerance among future teachers. The nature of interpersonal tolerance for ethical and pedagogical approach is determined. The data of empirical research aimed at identifying the level of interpersonal tolerance among students of institutions of secondary vocational pedagogical education are discussed. The possibility of a reflexive training as a means of forming interpersonal tolerance is disclosed.
