Abstract: Variation of conditions of activity and occurrence of new requirements to functioning of the organizations make the problem of training qualified managers for educational system actual. In the article the essence of the concept «additional professional education» is considered and the necessity of allocation of a special segment of the market of intellectual services – business education for heads is proved.
