Abstract: The article deals with the problems of relations in the system “pedagogue — pupil”, which changed during the latest years, in the period of postindustrial epoch. It allocates signs of education at the present stage. The tasks of the modern pedagogue and teachers’ training in the modern system of the higher pedagogical education providing high quality of education are pointed.
