Abstract: The article discusses the problem of professional development of a team of pedagogues, which is the subject of realization of competence model of eduction. The specifics of team activity of teachers, which reveal themselves in the appearance of non-traditional functions of a teacher, that should be developed in the process of methodic work for realization of competence model of education.
