Psychological Technology of Overcoming Teacher’s Professional Desadaptation

Abstract: The article views peculiarities of the teacher’s professional desadaptation process; the results of the analysis of personal qualities correlating with teacher’s professional desadaptation as well as the results of applying this technology as a means of overcoming teacher’s professional desadaptation are presented.
