Professional Pedagogical Education in the Ural Region in 1912—1919

Abstract: Problems of coming-to-be of higher pedagogical school in the Ural are described. The history of foundation of teachers training institute and the Ural Higher Pedagogical School in Ekaterinburg is investigated, influence of the wars and revolutions on this process is underlined.
