Secondary Pedagogical Education in Dagestan in the 1920 s — 1930 s

Abstract: The problems of formation and development of the secondary pedagogical educational institutions in Dagestan in the 1920 s — 1930 s are studied. Both the extension of a school network and provision of schools of Dagestan Republic with qualified teaching staff are discussed. Negative processes of command management methods applied to educational system are shown.
