Abstract: The article contains the items concerning the interconnections of the language, person and culture and the analyses of the methods of using language as an instrument of culture environment building and the personal sociocultural development base. According to the author, language culture as a personal integrative feature is performed in the ability of applying culture of speech, culture of reading, culture of working with textual material and informational culture.
