Abstract: The author suggests considering speech development simultaneously in three aspects: social, psychological and pedagogical. In connection with these there is a necessity, leaning against the theory of development of the internal plan of action of preschool children, to focus attention on perfection of cogitative operations of children and communication of the standard of speech of the child with society.
